Samantha was born and raised in Burlington, Ontario. She grew up on her family’s farm in Mount Nemo and lived there until 2006. Samantha received an advanced diploma from Seneca College and continued onto a career in Costume Design as well as Photography.
Her interest in genealogy sparked in Grade 5 when she was set to find her family roots for a school project. Since they she’s spent a great deal of time tracing her lines back through the Halton and Hamilton area and learning a lot about the region and its history in the process.
